These terms cover your use of archouseagency.com and any services Archouse Agency provides, including communication through Marley, our SMS concierge. Using the site, submitting a form, or texting our number means you agree to these terms.

What we do

Archouse rebuilds a local service business's digital operation: website, lead capture, follow-up, and content. What's included depends on the specific engagement, agreed to separately with each client.

SMS terms

The SMS program described here is operated by Archouse Agency. Marley is Archouse Agency's SMS and project assistant, not a separate business.

You consent to SMS communications by initiating SMS contact with Archouse Agency and/or replying with an opt-in keyword: START, YES, or UNSTOP. This consent is limited to communications associated with Archouse Agency and your inquiry or business relationship with us. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Messages may include responses to inquiries, quotes and pricing, project communications, order confirmations, project or order status updates, subscription or renewal information, and content drafts or deliverables sent for your review. This is not promotional mass messaging.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. Reply START to resubscribe.

Payment and billing

Pricing and payment terms for any engagement are agreed to directly with the client before work starts. Where recurring billing applies, it's disclosed upfront.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or text line to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to try to interfere with how the site or Marley operate.

No warranty

The site and SMS service are provided as is. We work to keep things running correctly but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
