This policy explains what information Archouse Agency collects through archouseagency.com and through Marley, our SMS concierge, and how we use it. It applies to anyone who visits the site, submits a form, or texts our number.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, the client intake form, or text Marley, we collect what you give us directly: your name, business name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project or the services you're asking about.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, like your IP address and browser type, the same way most websites do.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, deliver the services you've asked for, and send you updates on work in progress, including through SMS if you've texted in.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with the vendors who help us run the business, like our hosting provider and the platform that sends SMS messages on our behalf. Those vendors only see what they need to do their job and don't get to use it for anything else.

SMS / text messaging

Archouse Agency operates an SMS program through Marley, Archouse Agency's SMS and project assistant. Marley is not a separate business; it's how Archouse Agency communicates with you by text.

You opt in by texting the Archouse Agency business number directly and starting a conversation, or by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a message from us. There is no website checkbox or form opt-in for SMS; texting in is the opt-in.

After you opt in, you'll get a confirmation message substantially similar to: "Archouse Agency: You're opted in to receive messages from Marley. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

These messages relate to your inquiry or existing business relationship with Archouse Agency. They may include responses to service inquiries, quotes and pricing, project details, order confirmations, project or order status updates, subscription or renewal information, and content drafts or deliverables sent for your review. We don't use this program for promotional mass messaging, and you're never automatically opted in by making a purchase, creating an account, or submitting a quote or contact form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After you opt out, you'll get a confirmation substantially similar to: "Archouse Agency: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

Archouse Agency does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use basic analytics to understand traffic. We don't use tracking for ad targeting.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@archouseagency.com.

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
