Coleman Global Hotels / Hospitality system

One request. Better hotel options. Coleman Global Hotels replaces tabs, filters, and manual comparisons with one detailed request, captured up front.

The Challenge

Too many details lived in too many places.

Sourcing the right stay usually means juggling several sites and going back and forth on preferences that never get captured in one place: room type, view, pets, budget, and which specific hotels the guest actually wants considered.

The Result

Guests submit one detailed request instead of comparing listings themselves. The site also gives each major market (Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, New York, and others) its own destination page, so the range of stays Coleman can source is visible before a guest even starts a request.

What The System Solved

  1. 01Replaced scattered stay requests with one structured hotel-request form
  2. 02Captured accommodation type, view, pet, and budget preferences up front
  3. 03Gave every market its own destination page instead of one generic list
